Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to all issued or advertised discounts and promotional offers:

1. Not applicable in conjunction with any other offer.

2. Treatment packages cannot be shared among multiple individuals or converted into another service.

3. Treatments/services and service packages are non-transferable to individuals.

4. Promotional prices do not apply to current bookings and will only apply to new bookings made and paid during the promotional period.

5. Practitioners and medical technicians at Charisma Dental and Derma Center reserve the right to determine the suitable treatment for the client and may refuse treatment if deemed inappropriate. This decision is made at the absolute discretion of the medical practitioners or technicians at Charisma Dental and Derma Center.

6. Consultations: Practitioners and medical technicians at Charisma Dental and Derma Center reserve the right to determine the appropriate treatment for the client. Each client receives a free consultation before any treatment in the following cases: Patients coming to the clinic for consultation only are required to pay consultation fees. If the patient decides to proceed with treatment with our doctors or technicians, the consultation fees will be waived.

7. We strive to adhere to the scheduled time. Please arrive at the clinic 5 to 10 minutes before your appointment to allow time for parking and check-in. If there is any delay, we may not be able to provide the full treatment booked, as our products cannot be expedited.

8. For the sake of health and safety, children cannot accompany patients in treatment rooms or be supervised by clinic staff. Thank you for your understanding.

9. Refund Policy: We are not obligated to refund money if you change your mind about the products or services you have requested. You can choose to cancel the service and receive a refund for unused services only. However, you will be charged for consultation fees and any lab tests performed for you, along with any other costs.

10. Cancellation Policy: To allow time for rescheduling your appointment for another client, we require at least 24 hours notice to cancel any appointment.
